  • Before submitting this form you should discuss the issue with the business, trader, property agent/owner/manager and seek appropriate redress directly from them in writing.
  • Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading has no jurisdiction to pursue civil action on your behalf.

If you have requested a response we will contact you within 7 working days. Once you have submitted this form, your complaint will be allocated to an investigation officer who will contact you if further information is required. If we decide to prosecute, you may be required to give evidence in court.
