You need to pay a fee of $2.66 to search the file of a specific incorporated association. Searches can be done either by mail or in person, files may only be viewed in person in Hobart and appointments are necessary.
In Person: To view a file in person you must complete a request to search an association file and photocopy documents and pay the search fee. You will be contacted when the file is available and an appointment time will be made for you to come in to the office in Hobart. You may write down any information from the file or make copies from the file for a fee of $1.33 per page.
By Mail: To do a search by mail, you must complete a request to search an association file and photocopy documents and pay the search fee. You will be contacted when the file is available and advised of the cost to photocopy the documents you are after. There is a fee of $1.33 per page for photocopying. You then forward the additional payment for photocopying once received the copies of the required documents will be posted back to you.
